1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using FeedbackGPT's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on FeedbackGPT's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the materials
• use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on FeedbackGPT's website
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Services

AI & Automation Services

FeedbackGPT provides AI-powered automation solutions, custom software development, and web development services. All services are provided under separate service agreements.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated:

• Invoices are due within 30 days of issue
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Services may be suspended for non-payment
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

5. Intellectual Property

All custom work created by FeedbackGPT becomes the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. FeedbackGPT retains the right to use general methodologies and non-confidential learnings from projects.

6. Confidentiality

FeedbackGPT agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all client information and data. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect confidential information.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FeedbackGPT or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on FeedbackGPT's website, even if FeedbackGPT or a FeedbackGPT authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Paris, France.
